Anton Clemens founds the company on November 1. |
1960 |
Heribert Clemens becomes a partner with equal
rights. |
1962 |
The Toolmaking Department is established and
integrated into the company. |
1976 |
The company changes its legal form and name to
Anton Clemens GmbH & Co. KG. |
1978 |
Injection molding operations move to the new
factory building in Braunsberg. |
1981 |
Company founder Anton Clemens passes away. |
1988 |
The first expansion is completed in Braunsberg. |
1998 |
Quality management is certified for the first time
by TÜV-Rheinland under DIN EN ISO 9001. |
2003 |
Walter Clemens becomes a co-partner in the
family-owned and operated company. |
2005 |
The new shipping and warehousing building goes into
operation. |
2008 |
anton clemens s.r.o. is founded in Plzeň. |
2014 |
The anton clemens s.r.o. plant is expanded and
re-engineered into a low-energy operation. |
